GoogleCan’t recommend Kennedy’s enough! Adrian and Nikki were both incredibly understanding, honest and helpful throughout, ensuring the process of selling our property was as smooth as possible. GoogleI have no hesitation in recommending Kennedy’s , they really go above and beyond to ensure everything goes smoothly, I’ve just sold my property and purchased with them and they were extremely efficient, helpful ensuring everything was taken care of . They made the move feel less stressful and my family always came first. They have fantastic local knowledge of the market and their pricing was great compared to other independent agents. I switched to Kennedy’s after a very bad experience with another local agent and it was such a relief to find them to be professional, patient and dedicated. Nothing was too much trouble , viewings at short notice and a personal service with both my sale and purchase I have just recommended them to a couple of friends who are also delighted with the service they received.

GoogleWe recently purchased a house where Kennedys represented the seller (not us), yet our experience with them was so unprofessional that I feel compelled to leave a review for the benefit of future buyers. From the outset, we were repeatedly told by this estate agent that all communication should go through solicitors, yet they consistently ignored their own instruction, contacting us directly with messages and demands. We were never contacted by the seller's solicitors as much as Kennedys forceful comms. This contradiction caused unnecessary stress and confusion during what should have been a straightforward legal process. The lowest point came on 1st June 2025, when we received an email from Adrian Kennedy that was dismissive, aggressive in tone, and entirely unwarranted. We later learned that this email was written by Kennedys themselves, not the seller, which makes it even more unacceptable, these were their own words, not instructions from their client. Only after being challenged did Adrian apologise, insisting it wasn’t “aggressive” but a misunderstanding, which we firmly disagree with. Professionalism means taking responsibility, not downplaying poor conduct. Adding to this, we were inundated with multiple messages over a weekend (when solicitors were unavailable), pushing for answers that could not reasonably be resolved without legal input. It felt more like harassment than support. We genuinely do not understand how Kennedys can claim awards such as “Best Estate Agent 2025” when our experience was defined by hostility, lack of professionalism, and behaviour that felt more like malice than mediation. Buying a home is stressful enough without this kind of treatment. Future buyers should be aware: you deserve an estate agent who treats all parties with fairness, courtesy, and respect. Sadly, we did not experience that here. If you really must deal with this company request to speak with Nikki Kennedy only, the husband seems hostile. It is only a matter of time before a buyer pulls out after dealing with their antics.

GoogleKennedy are spot on, I got in touch regarding a house and they arranged a viewing for that house within minutes, upon viewing that house they showed us around the property and answered all the questions about the property. Unfortunately that property fell through but they were very quick to get another viewing in progress and there professionalism were brilliant

Nikki and Adrian were extremely responsive and explained everything to us. They worked very hard on our behalf and managed to sell our house very quickly. GoogleUsed Kennedys last year to sell a Victorian terraced in Old Town. Very impressed all round. Small team working very effectively from home utilising the Internet which,as a former agent,is all thats required these days. Client contact was first class from beginning to end of the process. Attractive fee scale did not detract from the service in any way. Acid test ? Would use them again without hesitation.

GoogleNikki was absolutely brilliant in all areas throughout. We never had any issue getting through by email / phone / text to get updates and if any issues arose I had total confidence that Nikki would take owenership and get it resolved with immediate and ongoing updates - overall communication was perfect! Nikki’s knowledge of the market, legal processes and overall experience helped us massively thoroughout. Having dealt with many estate agents all over the country this was the very first time we could not fault a thing! I wish we had dealt with agents half as good as Kennedy’s in the past. I totally recommend Kennedy’s to everyone and will without a doubt ask Nikki to list our property if we ever decide to sell our new home in the future!

They have a professional, fresh approach to selling houses with a personal touch - far removed from that provided by some "traditional" estate agents who charge significantly more. A good value for money, fixed fee approach with the added bonus of knowing that a donation to the air ambulance charity is also being made upon completion of the sale.
