I don’t usually go Out of my way to leave reviews I really Had to make an exception here !! Having used a few estate agents over the years in the area some were ok ,, But On a whole I found it seriously Hard work. Brian and his team are on Another level ,, from the portfolio they make of your property the fine details ,, the sheer quality of the advertising images write ups To the actual aftercare going through the selling process it was all On another level. Can’t thank these guys enough Brian knowing the area so well to Stuart’s managing of our house And honest advice If you want to sell your house or even buy a house Go here first ,, really just don’t Waste your time and energy elsewhere You will seriously thank me later 😊

Personally and professionally (I am a chartered surveyor) we have had dealings with lots of estate agents across Leamington. I would say that Brian and the team at Complete are the best we have worked with. There is a consistently high level of professionalism, excellent communication and a cheerful willingness to help with the practical details of a property transaction. Their communication is excellent and nothing seems like too much trouble. We always get the sense that they are acting objectively and honestly, with a genuine desire to see a positive outcome for all parties. We would recommend them highly to buyers and vendors alike.

From the first chat with Brian, it felt like we were in safe hands. He came round to our house, took the time to understand our situation, and gave us some great tips on getting our home ready for sale. He also helped us view a few properties that were on the market. We’ve now viewed a house, put an offer down, and we’re excited to have chosen Brian as our estate agent. There are plenty of options in the Leamington Spa/Warwick area, but I can’t recommend Brian enough - he should definitely be at the top of your list!

I posted on social media asking for recommendations for a decent estate agent. The response led me to give Complete a call. That was a very good decision! The initial visit from Brian Williams reinforced my belief that we had made the right choice, and the advice we were given was honest and to the point. That visit also left us feeling very positive and we were on the market within a week. The marketing was slick and professional and generated more interest than we could have hoped for. Stuart Duncan was our point of contact throughout the whole process and he was marvellous! Stuart is friendly, professional and approachable, and communication was first class. I can't pretend selling a house isn't stressful, because it is, very! However, we were in good hands and when completion day arrived it was smooth and hassle free. Arranged a viewing to see a flat in Warwick yesterday 05/11/2025. The appointment time was for 1.30pm, arrived at 1.20pm by 2.00pm no one had arrived. Phoned the office and they said someone was on their way. Then received a call to say they had forgot about the appointment and could I wait another hour! If I was the client I would find another agent to represent them. How they sell properties is completely beyond me, such unprofessional behaviour. I emailed them yesterday with these comments and have not even received an apology

They say that moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do and whilst this can be true - it isn’t if you buy or sell with Complete. Over valued, under sold. We went with Complete based on seeing them sell in our road previously. Unfortunately, our process was not smooth sailing after we accepted an offer that was then recinded. We then didn't get any viewings and were told by Complete to reduce our price twice (despite them valuing the house, and us accepting their valuation as given). We did reduce twice, and although we had the house on for offers over, we were finally encouraged to accept an offer under. We were promised a plethora of viewings on sign up but in reality, we had only had 20 viewings booked and 18 turn up in almost 14 weeks on the market, and that was including 2 open houses. Some of this was down to the original photos being poor and having to be redone but then we missed the algorithms on Rightmove. We often felt some of the agents were apathetic, and some were incrediably patronising, especially if we were presenting as anxious due to different issues that arose. We didn't have one consistent agent either and seemed to be managed by 3 or 4 different people, which at times hindered communication. To be fair, Amy was great and explained things well. We were tied in to Complete for 16 weeks but if we could have changed agents at 8 weeks, we would have done. Also, it often felt that although we were Complete's paying client, it didn't feel like it at all, and they made some decsions that caused quite a bit of stress to our children, both of whom have additional needs. We explained this to Complete several times but we felt this was disregarded. Maybe our experience was a one off but even though we have sold, we would not use Complete again and would not recommend to our friends.

Please avoid them! Scammers. We viewed a shared ownership property with Mathew and 2 days later he told us the property is gone. However, 4 weeks later he called my husband to fill a shared ownership form as the property is back to market and Mathew said that it will be given to us. My husband filled the from, and the next day he called us and asked us to give him our bank details and evidence of savings. I stopped my husband to do that. Otherwise he would have stolen all of our money! We told mortgage advisors of what he asked us and they said that we can report him to the police! He is a scammers. Be careful please!!!

From the beginning we have had an outstanding service from Complete. There is energy and drive in this company and it is just what we wanted, as we had already seen a house we wanted to buy. Our own house was on the market within a week and we sold in three weeks. The marketing material was of an extremely high standard and no doubt helped us to sell so quickly. In the latter stages, Stuart was extremely attentive and went to great lengths to drive the legal process to a conclusion. There were many obstacles to cross and Stuart was always there for us, keeping us well informed throughout and helping us to stay calmer than we would have done otherwise. Lettings manager at Rugby office is very rude, intimidating and engaged in harassment towards customers, especially those with disabilities on the telephone 18/09/2024. The lettings manager had the bad manners to put the phone down when I asked to speak to a manager again extremely bad customer service!! The manager is Unprofessional, rude, and makes false claims about customers being aggressive when they’re not - the only person who’s aggressive is letting manager in the Rugby office I would welcome a call from the managing director!
