YellWouldn’t find better Estate Agent, guaranteed!
I’ve recently come across RDR Dassaur Estate Agents and have been privileged to deal directly with Raj in order to get my house valued. Unlike several people in the industry it wasn’t a finger in the air or a mere desktop search but Raj came to visit in person and brought me a file of essential information about my local area. Due to extreme politeness, professionalism, efficiency, great mannerism and wealth of experience for me no other estate agents exist, I’m genuinely blessed to have come across Raj and the team. If you believe there aren’t many good, honest and polite estate agents who will work for your best interest, I’d strongly recommend RDR Dassaur Estate Agents where actions speak much louder.Thank you guys, you are amazing!

GoogleI have recently viewed a property with this company. My initial experience was good on the phone as they "seemed" professional. The property I wanted to view had tenants in it so I was told that they would call me back when they had arranged a day and time. I had not heard from them in a while and noticed the property still on the market so called again, to my surprise a block viewing had been arranged and I had not been called, luckily the block viewing was 3 days later and I attended. I was very interested in the property and spoke to them about submitting an offer. I was told to put an offer in initially on the Monday, which I did, I then asked if there was much interest and was told yes there was, so I asked if it may go to best and final bids, I was told that if it did they would contact everyone and let them know. To my surprise when I called on the Wednesday they told me that the owner had accepted an offer and they were not allowing anymore offers. I asked if it had gone to best and finals and was told yes. So why had I not been given the opportunity to put my offer in? They told me sorry but all offers are now closed. Very unprofessional and I suspect an interest from someone within the company.

GoogleFabulous service from Raj, great communication and with a personal touch. Looked very kindly after the sellers and gave us (the buyers) realistic expectations on timings etc without a hard sell. This meant we could plan accordingly and made everything much smoother for our first house buy. Will definitely use RDR when the time comes to sell my old property and would trust implicitly for any future purchases!
