Their persistence in pushing to keep things moving at times when we were busy, exhausted or ready to forget the whole venture, is to be commended and certainly pulled off in the end. The team were polite, friendly, professional and honest on all occasions. As a local independent business, I believe that they are more invested in you & your outcome than many of their High St competitors.

The sale of our retirement complex apartment was proving difficult to sell and after six months with another agent Raj was recommended to us by my sister. It turns out to have been a brilliant recommendation. Raj has been the estate agent extraordinaire! I am so grateful for his incredible support from start to finish, when the first sale fell through just before exchange Raj found us another buyer within 3 days. This sale has taken 6 months and has needed Raj's excellent attention to detail to keep it going, contacting everyone to keep the lines of communication open when it appeared that the legal people were struggling to do so. With one solicitor in the chain having 7 changes of personnel dealing with the purchase of our flat there were times when my frustration levels were very high, but Raj always answered my questions thoroughly and without a trace of impatience. Despite the low value of our apartment he never made me feel that I was at the bottom of the pile which was amazing. I am so grateful to him and I wholeheartedly recommend him. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would!!

Cannot fault Raj and the team at RDR Dassaur for their excellent service when buying a house. Communication was great, efficient at chasing for updates and progress, and super helpful, knowledgable and patient with me as a first time buyer! Raj is an exceptional estate agent. From selling our house through to completion, he secured the best possible results for us. He is hard working, professional, on top of all the detail and very responsive. Not only did he sell our house quickly, he was the linchpin for the entire process. While other consultants just do their part, Raj pulls everything together - the solicitors, housebuilder etc - to make sure we moved when we wanted to. We can't recommend him highly enough.

I have just sold my property with RDR Dassaur today, and I must say I can not recommend them enough. From the initial contact with them, to and offer, to handing over the keys it took just over 6 weeks! Super efficient and professional, they also had great solicitors to recommend who they regularly deal with so it helped speed up the process as they knew and trusted them.
