Fantastic experience and service so far. I approached Mark Antony as the previous agent wasn’t successful in marketing the property, despite a total redecoration. From the start I was confident that Mark Antony would go the extra mile. The photographs and description were excellent and made such a difference. The communication has been great and it’s lovely to have a dedicated contact who is responsible for the sale from start to finish. Within a week of the property going ‘live’ there are already 2 viewings booked!

We were looking for a 4 bedroom house to buy in Appleton, we had a list of musts and wants and Mark Anthony were absolutely wonderful in giving us a selection of houses to view. Viewing appointments we very easy and always at our convenience which made the process of looking at multiple houses very easy. Every Phone call, email and question was answered either straight away or within a few hours. I would recommend Mark Antony Estates to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, I can’t thank Katie at Mark Antony Estates enough, she went above and beyond and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I was looking for a valuation for my 3 bedroom home in Appleton Thorn for an extension build but I didn't know where to go or who to approach as I wasn't actually selling my house and felt a bit cheeky. I decided to ring Mark Antony who I had previously used to put my house up for sale and when I spoke to Jenny she couldn't have been more helpful, she immediately remembered who I was and even knew my address, from 5 years ago! She assured me that this was something she could help me with and you could tell that nothing was too much trouble for her. I received a fully comprehensive 8-page Property Valuation Report within less than 1 week which I am so impressed with and it is exactly what I require. Both Jenny and Katie are very professional and efficient whilst also being friendly and approachable. I would recommend Mark Antony Estates to anyone, they go the extra mile! New review

We only have positive things to say about the service we received during the recent advertising and subsequent sale of our property. The service we received was second to none and such a personal service. The process was a bit stressful at times but it’s helped by having Fay and Helen at the end of the phone line to offer us advice, reassurance and more importantly humour to lift our spirits.
