GoogleWe initially put our house on the market with another local estate agent based in Westbrook (at the time Mark Antony didn’t have the Chapelford branch) and had no viewings in 3 months, no calls, poor communication,. Our neighbour then recommended Mark Antony and we sold within 2 weeks. Pro-active property manager Jodie co-ordinated everything for us including organising professional photography, communication, and managed the offers, so the service was off the charts compared to the previous agent. They delivered exactly what they promised, with the fees being more than covered by the savings made through the efficiency of the whole process. Our move to the Yorkshire Dales was made much easier thanks to the efforts of everyone at Mark Antony. Would definitely recommend their professional, friendly services.

GoogleAbsolute perfection from start to finish ! From the initial first appointment with Jenny and Lucy who made me feel incredibly informed to Becky who as my Property Manager who felt like a friend not an advisor , this company and its fabulous staff made a huge difference to me in an uncertain process and the house was sold within a few weeks so I’m thrilled with their service so don’t hesitate to use them !

TrustpilotUseless, Indifferent Attitude
As an estate agent, you would expect at the very least to receive a professional approach and attitude from a company. Unfortunately, I found the team at Mark Antony to have an indifferent attitude combined this with inefficiency when making a simple appointment, which they failed to attend without giving me any notice. They also inputted my email address incorrectly. When I contacted them to enquire why they hadn't attended the mutually agreed appointment, I was met with a disinterested colleague who failed to show any concern whatsoever. I got the impression that it was all to much trouble for her. She informed me the manager would call me back. This never materialised until two days later whereby I had to call them for an explanation. I can honestly say my experience was an eye opener that proved beyond doubt that this company, who failed at simple tasks like inputting my email address correctly and failing to turn up for an appointment and also never returning my calls. Thank god I found out how incompetent and useless this company are before I entrusted them to act on my behalf.

Matt was very realistic with the valuation of the house with good examples to support this.Handoff was excellent.Fay was very responsive and talked me through the next steps.When she was out of office ,it was made clear who would cover.Early days at the moment-had an offer on the house so I’m hoping that this seamless process continues and then happy to feedback. Helen took care of sales progression and coordinated with everyone in the process, always quick to reply. You are setting example of how an estate agent should operate. Highly recommended.

GoogleReally wouldn't recommend this estate agents, personally. I have found them to have really unprofessional staff who are not knowledgeable. If you're thinking of buying a house in Chapelford, PLEASE have your solicitor look very carefully at the leasehold and beware of increasing ground rents, particularly linked the property value as well as RPI. These people are not to be trusted and want a sale at all costs, in my opinion.
