GoogleThey took £1100 but when I opted to not move into the property. They are reluctant to give the money back. This is not fair. Legally I am entitled to get my money back. If you want to receive your money back I'd probably suggest legal action. I just wouldn't rent from this company. They're professional until you want your money back.

GoogleVery bad , stressful, bad communication and unprofessional letting agent, Just to mention a few of my experience with this agency. They made sure they found fault till they hold back the holding deposit. Put the house back on market while they still holding our deposit.

GoogleAfter paying my holding deposit and signing terms and conditions, I was told that the price was actually different than first agreed upon and that the tenancy period needed to be longer. After we had communicated numerous times before that this was accepted, not very professional and therefore I do not recommend

The property was provided in an immaculate condition and of high standards. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

GoogleReally positive experience so far, very clear, efficient and organised application process. I have now moved into my desired flat with a lot of help from Phil who responds fast to queries and initially showed me the flat. He also really helped me secure the flat as there did seem to be a lot of interest.
