Had a few issues to begin with with refrenceing and houseing benefit. But Alison and Jeanette resolved the issue for me with their refrenceing team. They where helpfull and understanding and i would highly reccomend them for excellent customer service. Me and my family now have the style house we always wanted close to family. Extremely poor customer service. I was expecting a call back, never got it. Tried contacting the person again on three separate occasions, she either was out of the office or she promised to call me back with the query I had raised but never happened. Called one last time and was treated rudely by another member of staff. Do not recommend.
