Rude staff and unhelpful. All the staff need to go on a customer service course. Example: when calling the office you hear in the background, its her again. No emergency call out and if you have a problem at the weekend, expect to not have it resolved until the next week or later.

They are lucky to even get one star but didn’t have the option of none. Rude, arrogant, and abusive staff. Not at all helpful and they are quite happy to let there tenants go without hot water for a week. Avoid them at all cost!

Packing things to be moved an agent comes to see the property and all the way through is rude to me saying it's a mess because I've got boxes around the place just the cheek of it
