Alison and the team (Trisha and John) were simply superb from the start to finish of the entire process. As buyers we felt very well looked after and were given the time and support that was needed as the process progressed. When things hit sticking points with not-so-helpful solicitors the team were on it and helped move things along as needed.

GoogleIf I could rate more than five stars, I would. I switched to the Wareham Domvs team after being with a less capable Wareham high street Estate Agent, so I really can see the difference in overall capability. All the team at Wareham Domvs were incredible, making what was a fairly turbulent sale (buyers solicitor’s fault), into a much smoother and calming experience. From the excellent way my property was prepared and advertised, the incredible way the staff actively sought out potential buyers and the, genuine way they dealt with issues causing many stresses. They absolutely smashed it. Every staff member I spoke to came across in a calm and comforting way even when it looked like the buyers solicitor were about to bring the whole sale crashing down, they stepped and and just got it all sorted out, whilst making me feel reassured at all times. Selling a house is hard, stressful and emotionally draining. I wish I’d used the team at the start of my selling journey and would recommend them over and over. Great team, great marketing, great problem solvers and meditators. Highly highly recommend.
