We came by Fine & Country Ware after a pretty disastrous experience using another local branch (unprofessional, rude, borderline negligent), and quickly discovered that as they're working under a franchise model, you can have chalk and cheese experiences with F&C. Richard is superb. From minute one of introducing us to what has become our dream house, he was friendly, informed, attentive and generally excellent to work with. The opposite of the stereotypical Estate Agent. We also met Steve through the process who was an equally great operator (and lovely man with it). Not only was it a friendly service, but highly effective. Richard coached when needed, coaxed at other times and played the whole process perfectly to make it all work like clockwork. Not once did I feel I was being sold to, patronised, or manipulated. No hesitation whatsoever in the 5 star review, you'll find it hard to find better agents locally. Thanks so much Richard.

So we sold our house with Fine & Country Ware!! I have to say, from the fantastic photographs to guiding us through the sale, Steve Ensum and Richard were the ultimate professionals. I think it helps that they have so much experience personally, and in the property business. Their understanding of what we were going through and their sage advice made a massive difference. We did try other agents as well but settled on Fine & Country because of all of the above. I always hoped Steve would win the day and in the end he did. If we could give more than 5 stars we would. We bought through Fine and Country Ware and Richard Cartwright was amazing. He recommended we look at a property that we hadn't originally considered, and his judgement was perfect...the house was eveything we wanted and more. Not only did he help us with our purchase but he also advised us hugely with selling our property where our agents were sadly lacking. It wasn't the easiest of moves due to others in the chain, but at all times Richard was supportive, helpful, tenacious in moving things forward, kind and reassuring (and very very patient!). We are finally in our perfect property and whilst we have no intention of moving for a very very long time, if we had to, Richard would be the agent we would turn to.
