The customer service is very good but this is overshadowed by the availability of plots to reserve, or even an indication of when further plots would be made available. This is most disconcerting when house hunting.

I looked at a couple of these and didn't buy in the end. The small bedrooms would not fit a bed, the garage won't fit a normal sized car. Who on earth approved planning for stuff like this I have no idea.

They lied to us, got our hopes up, different people on the phone say complete opposite things. The company was a disaster to deal with then ignored our phone and emails for a week and a half before they felt like responding.

4 years after buying a St Modwens home and there are still issues outstanding (they still haven’t finished landscaping!!). As far as customer service goes, it is by far the worst company I have dealt with.

Sold a property with a well established woodland on the doorstep as a main selling point. Now they plan to tear the woodlands down to build on! Pure greed and would never recommend this developer!!
