Been using Winkworth for 7 or 8 years to rent and manage a flat and am more than happy with the service provided. Always on top of any issues and have been able to rent the place quickly when needed.

Unacceptable fees for those letting and unreasonable inventory charges. The sooner the bill intended to protect tenants from the likes of Winkworths the better as far as I can see. £90 admin fee and £240 for a checkout inventory automatically deducted from a deposit x

Wouldn’t recommend to any students looking to let a house. Had an awful experience and, because we were students, they felt as though they could swindle us out of more money and treated us awfully just because we were slightly younger.

GoogleAs I landlord I deal with the lettings team (Catherine) and she is brilliant. She is very fair and offers an honest opinion if there is any dispute with the tenants. Really very impressed and would 100% recommend.
