Winkworth Tiverton took over the property management of our tenancy just under a year ago, in that space of time we had three different members of staff managing, they did absolutely nothing to assist in managing the property. The last one 'Candice' was generally rude, unprofessional and dismissive about any queries or requested repairs required.Awful company will never deal with them again nor reccomend

Absolutely dreadful experience, got stood up at a viewing. No communication between the estate agent and you only a straight call to the offices which have zero information as to the whereabouts of their agents.
We are always disappointed to receive a review such as yours. Winkworth offices are all independently owned and operated and therefore it you are able to share information on the office which you dealt with we will be able to look into the matter. GoogleIn terms of valuing, photographing and putting my property up for sale, Winkworth were professional and helpful. After I'd accepted an offer on the property, the service became perfunctory, even indifferent, and much of the time it seemed they were representing the buyer rather than me as the seller. Once we reached completion and they'd received their fee, there was no communication whatsoever, not even an acknowledgement that the transaction was successfully completed.

GoogleCatherine and Olly looked after us for 28 months. We found them responsive and friendly. Some issues seemed to take longer than we would have expected and as always there was room for improvement on communication, but I would certainly recommend Winkworth's services based on our experience. My only substantive criticism would not be about Winkworths but some of their contractors so always keep an eye on work being done at your property.

The worst agency I have ever come across. Absolutely horrendous experience with them, they are awful, words cannot even explain their bad customer service skills. Money grabbing company. Need new staff asap.Genuinely extremely unacceptable experience.

We didn’t realise how stressful buying a property could be so it’s a big plus to have someone that is interested in moving things forward at all times. Winkworth is my agent for renting my flat. It is very responsible for both landlord and tenant. Every time I have problems with flat, they respond in time and find a solution for me. They don't allow direct communication between landlord and tenant, which sometimes I find can get a bit dodgy. I would recommend it for both landlord and tenant, but you need to check the contract very carefully and negotiate other rights.

We have had a good-to-very-good experience with Winkworths. From being shown the flat by Jo and having then bought it, we were handled extremely well by Alina and her lettings team. They were on the ball, responded very quickly and efficiently to our enquiries and - not least important ! - found very good tenants for our flat in short order. We would certainly recommend them.
