We didn’t realise how stressful buying a property could be so it’s a big plus to have someone that is interested in moving things forward at all times. Winkworth is my agent for renting my flat. It is very responsible for both landlord and tenant. Every time I have problems with flat, they respond in time and find a solution for me. They don't allow direct communication between landlord and tenant, which sometimes I find can get a bit dodgy. I would recommend it for both landlord and tenant, but you need to check the contract very carefully and negotiate other rights.

We have had a good-to-very-good experience with Winkworths. From being shown the flat by Jo and having then bought it, we were handled extremely well by Alina and her lettings team. They were on the ball, responded very quickly and efficiently to our enquiries and - not least important ! - found very good tenants for our flat in short order. We would certainly recommend them.

We renting our flat through Winkworth: Unprofessional approach to advertising, posted old and wrong photos, only when I pointed it out someone after long negotiations bothered to take new photos. Advert with spelling mistakes. They don't take any responsibility for damages caused by tenants. They view is tenants deposit is protected and landlord doesn't have any rights. They take two months money for minimum effort. Would not use or recommend Winkworth

With all the uncertainty around BREXIT, and in fact we negotiated the sale a week after the event, Russell and David came through, displaying an excellent and highly accurate assessment and knowledge of the local property market. I am a sub contractor with winkworth, I have been very happy with the managing director to the employees like Swati the maintenance director. The works come with schedules and list which is so easy and efficient to work with. I complete the works , i invoice the payments and payment come straight away. This is why I’m dedicated and focussed with working with winkworth.
