Disappointing after 3 years. Very little comms, unfounded claims(proven by disputes agency) and the exit was incredibly unprofessional. One or two pleasant responders but will never use again.

Tenant’s requests are ignored, repairs are not easily made, only high rent costs are paid and the level of professional cleaning they used is also very poor. Anyway, a huge disappointment and terrible !!

Terrible agency, the agents aren’t professionals at all. After 10years of renting places all over the UK, never had such a bad experience than this one with Savills, with whom I worked for the first time. Do NOT go through them.

Always extremely slow at getting back to customer needs. It has been 5 months dealing with them, and every time when they say 'come back to you shortly' it meant at least 1 month. Terrible services, irresponsive team, evasive.
