GoogleAVOID AT ALL COSTS. We recently let a property from RS estate agents, only to find upon moving in that the property was infested with bedbugs. Not only this, but the property was absolutely filthy, full of rubbish from the last tenants such as used razors and cigarette packets. RS had promised us before we moved in that they would have the property professionally cleaned, something which clearly did not happen. RS claimed to have properly dealt with the infestation, but this was not the case. They told us multiple times that the property was safe for us to move into, despite the property still crawling with bed bugs. After we managed to unwind our contract with them we returned to the property to collect our belongings, only to find that there were still bedbugs crawling around. This is despite RS saying that they had the property heat treated, which is the only way to 100% get rid of bed bugs. We made RS aware that there were still bedbugs in the property when we handed the keys in, to which they said they would speak to the pest control. However, the VERY NEXT DAY, the property reappeared online, listed available immediately. RS estate agents are incredibly negligent, unprofessional and do not care about their tenants. I would urge anyone thinking of entering into an agreement with them to look elsewhere, you will save yourself a lot of stress!

GoogleI've had the pleasure of working with RS as a landlord for more than 2 years now, and I couldn't be more pleased. Their team has been incredibly supportive, proactive, and efficient in managing my properties. From finding reliable tenants to handling maintenance issues, they've exceeded my expectations at every turn. I highly recommend. If I have any more properties I will surely put them under RS management.

GoogleWe are tenants in a flat with that agency and it's a disaster from the start. We had 6 weeks no hot water in January and February. The heating didn't work either for few weeks. Permanent water leaks and building issues. And now since 3 weeks the leaks have been so serious that the kitchen is starting to collapse. We have no water no electricity and no gas since 05.08 and nobody is helping. We try to terminate the rental contract and get a refund on our pay rent but the agency refuses. Now we in legal fight with the agency. Council, citizens advice and a legal team are involved. Do not rent any property from that agency, they using young students to pay overpriced and horror places !!!! Stay away from the agency the steal your money and do not care about you as tenants

GoogleYou wonder your deposit is protected (DPS), an external agency is doing the inventory check out, so you assume it's all done properly and afterwards you find out, RS Estate Agency want to charge you for things extra that are clearly not Tenant responsibility in the Check Out Inventory. They are thieves, trying to steal money from people. Be careful or better stay away from them. Also, they emailed them only 3 weeks prior to my next rent saying my rent would go up from £1440 to £1690. Clearly something illegal to be done, but they expected, myself, the Tenant, to accept the raise. That's purely outrageous and illegal. Ended up giving my notice as i would not have played their game.

GoogleAwful service. Slow responses to tenant requests, if any. Very rude replies as if your questions and worries are not part of their job to look into. Worst 'customer service' if you could even call it that. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleI was let a property that was not fit to be lived in, being filthy dirty and infested with bed bugs. The infestation was never properly dealt with and I had an extremely stressful time. I would urge anyone to rent from elsewhere.

GoogleAbsolutely amazing service received by an associate going by the name of Waleed. He really took the time out to understand mine and my husband's needs and deliver our expectations seamlessly. I have had terrible experience with agencies in the past, but the service i have received from here has really changed my mind! Make sure you ask for Waleed and tell them i sent you!
