GoogleI cannot recommend this agency enough. They are professional, fair, and very easy to deal with. A huge thank you to Kate and Irtaza, who were incredibly professional, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions. They made the entire process smooth and stress free. GoogleAwful experience with RS Estate Agents Ltd. Communication was non-existent, my requests were completely ignored, and the whole process was a headache from start to finish. One agent I spoke to on the phone was incredibly pushy, clearly in a rush to take my money rather than actually help. Totally unprofessional and not customer-focused in the slightest. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand, it would have saved me so much hassle. And to top it off, some of the few “good” reviews they have seem to come from their own staff, which tells you everything you need to know.

GoogleRECOMMEND!!! I’m a tenant a currently rent a property with RS estates and I want to express my gratitude for how happy I’m to rent through them. I’ve rented through a different agency in the past 2 years and it was horrible however RS are really down to earth people. They understood my situation and helped me out when no other agency did. Furthermore I had some issues in the house and they were quick to repair them. Also very friendly staff, English is not my first language so they walked me through the contract at my pace.

GoogleI would greatly recommend using RS estates. They are incredibly easy to work with and always put the customer first. In my experience, any and all problems I had were fixed rapidly and there’s always someone ready to accept a call whenever you need to. The estates they offer are perfect and they even promise to assist you in any setup you wish to do. Truly a wonderful experience.

GoogleWOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Rented with them for three years. Never calls back, completely unresponsive on emails, left a flooded gaping hole in our ceiling for months before anything was done. Tried to scam us of over £500 on deposit. The list goes on and on. Horrible experience, save yourself the headache and find another agency.

We always aim to address maintenance issues as efficiently as possible, and any delays are typically due to factors beyond our control. Regarding the deposit, all deductions follow strict guidelines and are based on the condition of the property at the end of the tenancy. If there were any concerns, we trust they were raised through the appropriate dispute resolution process. GoogleThey said the flat would be professionally cleaned, it wasn’t. They said there would be a new bed, there wasn’t. The entire building had a mouse infestation which they neglected to properly address. The property was riddled with fire safety hazards. Some of their properties appear to be outright illegal. And one of the receptionists, mentioned in other reviews, is extremely unprofessional both in person and on paper. The rest of the staff were friendly enough, in that fake slimy estate agent way.
