I'm glad you were happy in your dealings with us. Unfortunately it is very common for us to hear that peoples experiences of other letting agents is not particularly great. This is often because the people managing the property are not based locally to the property so they have never seen it nor met the tenants. Another issue is that each property manager is also often managing too many properties so their response times suffer badly. Unfortunately in this day and age so many people go online to look for a solicitor and are swayed by impressive websites or low fees rather than thinking about the abilities of the individual professionals they will be dealing with. Also many estate agents are recommending sub standard firms just because they get a fee kickback whereas we would rather deal with capable individuals that deliver a good service and make our clients transactions a more pleasurable experience.
