I always felt she acted in my best interests but I could tell she had also built a really good relationship with the buyer which ensured the process was smooth throughout. Rapport like this between buyers and agents has never been more important and I believe this to be a rarity in estate agency.
Moving house is stressful at the best of times but with Hannah looking after the process for me, I was always in the loop.
