GoogleWe recently completed a sell-and-buy through Maartje and the team at Rampton Baseley, and we couldn’t be more impressed with the exceptional service we received. Selling towards the end of the season, we were concerned about timing, but they managed to secure off-market sealed bids within about 10 days, which was truly phenomenal.
On the buying side, they were endlessly patient and remarkably thoughtful, helping us visualise the potential of our new home by showing us examples of similar developments. They even provided a few ‘napkin’ sketches of ideas, which really helped us imagine the possibilities. Throughout the process, Maartje and her team aligned everyone, deftly managing communication and handling our demanding buyers with experience, skill and diplomacy.
Their recommendations for solicitors, surveyors, and local tradespeople were spot-on and made an enormous difference in streamlining both transactions. Every referral they provided proved trustworthy, professional, and efficient. We’re incredibly grateful for the care and expertise that Rampton Baseley brought to our journey, and we know we won’t need them again for at least another 10 years!
