GoogleRude and unprofessional member of staff called 'AJ' spoke over me, and was condescending and dismissive on multiple occasions. Would not allow me to finish my sentence and loved the sound of his own voice. Was enquiring about my deposit to be returned, and he could not have been less helpful, and rude into the bargain. Will be making a complaint to his manager. Avoid.

GoogleMy friends and I have used Pearl estates since 2014. The property was newly renovated when we moved in, and has been maintained to a high standard ever since. Whenever we raise an issue that needs dealing with, someone has been sent to resolve as soon as practicable - even during the Covid pandemic.

GoogleHave used these estate agents twice now, both times have been excellent. The managing letting agent is called Aj, and both times he went all out to make sure we got what we wanted. Always very honest about what is happening, and will always fight your corner when it comes to tenant/landlord relationships. Highly recommend these guys!
