GoogleExtremely poor service, an unreliable agency. We are tenants in a house and have sent multiple emails to notify the agency that our smoke alarms are expired, yet the emails are being ignored and we are being dismissed on phone calls? A legal requirement of a house, yet they are choosing not to acknowledge it. It is alarming that they would do a disservice to both the landlord and tenants, jeopardizing insurance payouts if a fire were to occur whilst the expired alarms are in place.

From searching for properties to a change of sharers and everything in between, AJ and the team have been extremely attentive with no question or request ever too big. It is extremely difficult to come by a team that is this supportive in the present market - would highly recommend!

GoogleBeing a landlord for 15 years and having lost confidence in most estate agents I randomly came across Pearl Estates and decided to give them a try. I have now used their services for 3 years and have never been disappointed. AJ and his team have been outstanding and I only wish that I had found them sooner because they would have saved me huge amounts of time, money and heartache. They offer an honest, cost effective and bespoke service to ensure that both landlord and tenant enjoy the highest experience. AJ in particular is insightful, knowledgeable, diligent, and has outstanding interpersonal skills. He has always gone above and beyond to effectively resolve any challenges that may arise whilst always planning ahead to avoid any potential future pitfalls. I've just finished a major renovation (in between tenants) which has revolutionised the property. AJ assisted me to complete the whole project within budget using high quality tradesman - totally transforming the look of the house and this was proven by how it was snapped up by tenants immediately on completion after just a single viewing. AJ also negotiated a fair rental agreement above my expectations in a manner in which all parties were delighted. I always felt fully supported and was gently guided along to make wise decisions which are now proving to be sound and very fruitful. I would strongly recommend Pearl Estates in every way, especially if AJ is managing your portfolio.

GoogleMake sure to avoid Pearl Estates. Their standard of service is shockingly bad, with their staff being repeatedly rude, unhelpful and uncaring regarding the many issues we encountered. In retrospect, I would have gone for a lesser property at a higher price just to have some competent estate agents, who care about the service they provide. One star is generous and that is an understatement.

GoogleMy friends and I came to Pearl Estates in desperate search of a house within our smaller budget and a very quick move in date. AJ was very friendly and helpful from the beginning, meeting us on his day off to show us around a flat that hadn't even been on the market yet. Since we decided to go with Pearl Estates, everyone has been very helpful and very accommodating, even in some very tough scenarios. Everything seems to be up to standard and everyone at the office is very responsive. Even the processing fees are very reasonably priced and we feel very at home in our new flat. He made us feel extremely comfortable and welcomed. He always kept us updated during the processes of offers and referencing. After being successful with our paper work, Aj made sure our new home was in perfect order before handing us the keys on our chosen date. We have approached Aj again to find a home for another family member and we’re confident he will find another beautiful home for her as he has for us.
