I have used property management for over 15 years. My present property manager, Abdullah Leghari, ticks all the boxes required of a property manager. He responds promptly to my emails communicating clearly and dealing effectively with queries. He gives helpful advice and displays sound negotiation skills. He keeps me informed in a timely manner on maintenance work and progress of. I can highly recommend him as a property manager.

GoogleI bought a flat that M+P were the agents for - and found their approach made the whole process unnecessarily stressful. I've bought and sold previously (elsewhere, with different agents) but never experienced this degree of pressure, shouting down the phone, threats etc. I had the same experience of the branch manager as the review below, and lodged a formal complaint with the head office. I've edited this post, because underneath my review the 'business owner' branch manager claimed not to know who I was. Hilarious. A total lier to top it all.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleI made an enquiry online. A sales fellow phoned me back to discuss the home minutes ago with a poor attitude and very poorly informed. I asked him to tell me about the home and he couldn’t tell me who built it or when it was built, despite being listed as a new home. He then told me it wasn’t a new home. A manager got in touch and was equally poorly informed and rude. If you’re looking for a new home, I couldn’t recommend this branch to help at all.
