We have been dealing with Marsh & Parsons as renters for almost two years now and they are absolutely terrible. There is no urgency for any request even if it is something important such as the heating being broken for days, they seem completely incompetent at dealing with anything and have horrible communication. Our landlords are clearly frustrated with them but I'm sure it is a hassle to change. Avoid!!!!

GoogleWe recently completed a purchase for a flat that Marsh and Parsons Tooting were the agents for - we found their approach to the transaction to be incredibly counterproductive. The undue pressure put onto us (and our solicitor) by the agent, chasing us for activity when we were waiting on things from the other side and providing inaccurate/contradictory information caused issues with the transaction, making the whole process unnecessarily stressful.NegativeQuality
