GooglePlease avoid Foxtons as they inflate prices and waste your time. over two stints of looking for a rental property they have told me they will take me to see multiple properties. Not one property met my requirements of cost or location. It is a strange sales tactic and I'm not sure what they hope to gain other than to anger potential clients.

GoogleGreat experience dealing with Adam Clay from Foxtons who helped us find a property to let just off Clapham Common.Very good at communicating with us and explaining everything. Also, Foxtons were not sleazy and telling us to offer 'more competitively' (basically offering a disgusting amount more than asking), making it the best estate agents that we dealt with during our search. 10/10 would recommend if you're in our position looking for a property to rent at this competitive time. Thank you again Adam!

GoogleI had a very good experience with Foxtons Balham. Despite the current scenario of the renting market (prices are really high, and houses are scarce, specially for four people), we managed to get a house at a fair price thanks to our agent Amelia. Whenever a house that was suitable for our needs come out in the market, she texted us immediately in order to arrange a viewing. She was always very kind and and attentive, I would definitely recommend.

GoogleI could not recommend Foxtons more. They were professional and kind giving us regular updates on the phone. The best thing in my opinion was that me and my house mates felt like we could trust the opinion of our guy, not something you can find easily when working with estate agents. He seemed to care mostly about our wellbeing and if we were happy rather than just chucking any old house at us, saving us time and making the whole experience far easier. He was honest and understanding when a place did not seem to be exactly what we were looking for. I will not only be using Foxtons again but I would also recommend you ask for Adam Clay as we literally couldn't have asked for a better agent. GoogleI have to say I have been extremely impressed with the quality of service I received from Foxtons. After engaging a variety of estate agents, Foxtons agent, Eddie Ismail, was quick to respond and went out of his way, driving me twice in one day to do viewings. He prided himself not on selling, but making sure the service he provided was something to be remembered. His focus on service over sales was evident, and Foxtons will now be my go to place when it comes to looking for a new place to live, or selling the one I own.
