Horrible setup with bullies waiting for targets to exploit in whatever way possible- A lot on the estate agent services in united Kingdom.Their only aim is to collect the money from both tenants n landlord.After that no responsibility. Can't imagine recommend them to my worst enemy.

I am a landlord and have received very poor service from Foxtons. No communication. Have to follow up emails several times. Frequent change of staff. High fees and provides no service at all. Regret changing over to foxtons to manage property. Stay away!

TrustpilotFoxtons found tenants for my property who filmed porn and offer "happy ending" massage services.
I trusted Foxtons to manage my property professionally. They found the tenants, collected commission (2 months rent per year) and management fees, and were contractually obligated to inspect and monitor my home. They failed on every count.

GoogleHelen-Louise was an excellent agent to deal with. She was friendly throughout the process going the extra mile to ensure my purchase went through smoothly and efficiently. She always made herself available for viewings when required and the purchase went through without a hitch thanks in no small part to her work. Would highly recommend.

GoogleFoxton’s have been so helpful in my search for a new flat! I found the ideal place and very quickly booked a viewing for a day or so later. Foxtone letting agency unprofessional team and agents. I have give the deposit for one house after 2 weeks I sign the contract and I recive call from agent with one responding: Sorry you are failed in bank statements. This situation si very stressfully for me and my family. I have tell to my lawyer to go back for this chase because his make me sick.

I rented a property managed by Foxtons for five years and one month. We paid rent on time every month and never had a complaint raised against us. Then we tried to leave.

GoogleToussaint was the absolute best! He actually listened to what I was looking for in a flat and showed me places that reflected more than a checklist. Ultimately I found a flat elsewhere, but Toussaint was hands down the best part of an otherwise arduous flat search.

Foxtons’s account’s department have bad ethical practices.The charged me as a landlord 3 years commission & after six months again charged me 2 years commission for the same property.when I complained they credited part of the commission but after a week they recharged me some more commission.As the tenant rent is deposited directly into Foxtons’s account I cannot do much about it and am finally taking them to court for fraudulent activity.

GoogleWe had veen trying to sell our house with another estate agent for 9 months with no luck. So we ended up renting it for a couple of year. When was tried again we gave the other estate agent a chance again and still nothing. In early December we started speaking to Foxtons. We couldn't understand whytey charged so much more, but now we do. They got or flat online just before Christmas, we knew there would be no viewings over that period, but we're reasurred by Foxtons that people are looking online. Within the first week of January we had a viewing and then an offer. So quick and professional were our agents. Everything went through so smoothly with great communication and support throughout the process. Such a pleasure and now I am kicking myself because I didn't use Foxtons sooner! I would strongly caution anyone against using Foxtons when purchasing a property. Our experience was deeply disappointing and handled with a complete lack of professionalism, integrity and basic transparency.

GoogleLooking for properties can be extremely stressful but Oliwia is the best agent I’ve ever met. She very friendly and accommodating, even opening doors for me despite being heavily pregnant. She has the loveliest personality and made me feel like we’re just two friends helping each other find the best flat.

GoogleWorst service I have ever received. Went for viewings and found a house within a day and agreed a move in date. Soon after my negotiators communisation becaame terribly poor and after confronting her about it she still didn’t think it was appropriate to give myself and my house mate an apology. Rather she told us she was busy with work as if we weren’t now clients too. She even went further to tell us when she is free for US to call HER and said if anybody shouts at her on the phone she will hang up on us?? Move in day comes and part of what was agreed was a professional clean. We didn’t get this. Nothing close to it. One of the agents Comes and gives me the keys knowing full well just how horrible the property was and allowed me to waste my time moving my stuff into to a disgustingly kept property. So full of junk and clothes and spoiled food and dirty dishes and cat food and poop that we could not move in. 4:30pm of the same day and cleaners are still scrubbing down the house while both my flat mate and I accompany them because they are just not moving fast enough for Us to move in and move on with our lives. We both have no mattresses to sleep on and doubt we will by tonight. I was told to buy my own mattress and I would be reimbursed within 5 days. Why is it acceptable for them to fall short of all expectation and we are here cleaning up a house that should have been clean and running around to buy mattresses that should have been bought? The property is even managed by foxtons and not the landlord. I’m so highly disappointed and to make matters worse not a single member of their team showed up to this property today! Shows how much they care about clients. I advise you stay far far away from these ones.

GoogleRupert and his team sold my flat for me. He did a very professional job of selling a place that another local agent had struggled to sell in a flattening market. Service and attention to detail a cut above other agents, and proactive in trying to find me the right place to move on to. Friendly but straight talking, which I valued. Worth the extra money in terms of foxtons commission? Worked for me, think he bought in enough price wise to exceed the extra commission.
