We have recently completed on our purchase of our house in Tooting. The property was going through probate and the sellers were only willing to proceed if we moved quickly.Michael took us through the process from the initial viewing on Day 1 up to completion 10 weeks later. We had an issue with our conveyancer leaving the business and Michael assisted in chasing and closing out a lot complications caused by this, ultimately allowing us to exchange on the original target date.Post purchase Michael has provided further advice and I would recommend thoroughly recommend using Michael and Dexters for any sale or purchase.

We have just completed on our sale with Dexters Tooting. It was quite a journey with the first sale not taking place last year, but we reignited the sale again this year and we have just completed. Dexters have been very helpful and professional, always keeping in contact, always updating us and navigating any bumps in the road. They were very informative with viewings booked in and giving us feedback, also discussions about price and where the market was at - was helpful. Michael held our hand through this process and Alice last year was equally supportive and a super star ⭐️! Really poor service from property management

Worst property managemnt team you can find. We deal with them for a few proerties and every time communication is poor and delayed. You need to chase them for updates for the most basic requests and clearly the team of majority women are there to window dress as they clearly do not know their job. Please rather recruit for experience and knowledge as to window dressing with women who are rude and have no idea what they are doing. USELESS on every level

The agent will ask you for bank account details

The agent will ask you for private information and also your bank account details including your CVV. If you don't give it to them, they won't present your offer to the landlord.They will run the auction and let you bid. Since they have taken your bank account to make the offer, if they don't reject you, or let you know you are rejected, you cannot be sure if landlord will later accept your offer or not, so you lose your time to look for other flats in the markets, and have to join the bid and make them happy. It is really annoying. Full of skills to squeeze your pocket, without any care and sincere attitude in the business.
