GoogleReally friendly but professional letting service, got lots of viewings and updates, but we did need to reduce the price a few times before an offer. Annie, Liz & William were all great and really helpful with helping me sort cleaners, inventory etc .

GoogleI approached Dexters to take a look at a flat I wanted to let in the area. Everyone I met in the letting department was approachable and professional so I engaged them. They had it on the market within a few days, found a suitable tenant within the week and everything was signed up within 2 weeks. I really could not have asked for more. So far their service has been perfect and I’m looking forward to continuing to work with them. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleI completed the sale of my flat through Dexters Tooting in June and, throughout the process, the Tooting team was helpful and supportive. I also viewed several properties with Felix and, while he was eventually unable to get me the right property, he completely understood my requirements to give a focused search. Not only a good estate agent, but a lovely man, on one of our viewing sessions, he spotted that an elderly driver had stalled his car, blocking traffic, so Felix handed me his files, pushed the car into a nearby safe space and checked the driver was ok before returning to our viewings!

GoogleWhen searching for a new rental property with a group of friends, I had a good experience with Dexters. In the end, we went with a property that my friend found elsewhere however Asif was extremely helpful and professional. He kept us updated with the properties that matched our criteria and carried himself perfectly over the phone. Big thanks to him for his help.

GoogleI recently sold and bought through Dexters and I would recommend them for both experiences. The team were very professional when arranging viewings of my property. When I was looking for a property to buy Michael really listened to what I was looking for and only ever showed me properties that were spot on, he was excellent. When it got near the end of both the selling and buying processes they worked hard to nudge everyone along and get the deal done.

We didn't feel pressured to make a decision and when we found the house we wanted, his advice was great and helped us decide on making our offer. I previously dealt with KFH when selling a flat (and looking for a new property) and wasn't impressed at all - the Dexters experience has blown me away.
