GoogleI worked with Verity from Dexters for the purchase of my first property - Verity was extremely helpful and collaborative during the entire process. She provided me with regular updates from the seller and also worked very closely with the solicitors to ensure the process was smooth and moved along quickly. I cannot recommend Verity and Dexters enough, I’m extremely thankful for all the help.

I was an employee of Howsy from the Philippines, that Dexters acquired years ago. Then this year Dexters decided to discontinue our employment with them. We knew this would happen, and I personally didn't take it against Dexters, so long as they and QQI (which is the acting HR side of Dexters here in Manila site) to pay us the separation pay that is accordance to the labor code, and this should include the number of years I stayed as an employee of Howsy which was year 2019.A lot of things happened already from the moment QQI announced the discontinuation of our employment with Dexters. And the experience that me and my colleagues are STILL experiencing is VERY CHAOTIC! This QQI hasn't released our separation yet! They refuse to honor the original hire date from Howsy - which by the way they stated from their meeting with us that will definitely be granted - just like what happened to the first batch of employees of Howsy that were also got redundated. I wouldn't want to step too low for this if only me and my colleagues were treated professionally and respectfully. They're all LIARS! The pay is now long overdue. So, please DEXTERS, help your MANILA team to raise this issue with QQI. We were your once a helping hand with your jobs, especially with repairs. We hope that this small favor from us could at least lessen the burden from us financially, after you decided to leave us all now jobless! Thank you.

GoogleDexters at Northcote Road have been very helpful throughout the whole process of selling my house in Battersea. If there were questions they answered them in very quick time. All parts of the selling process have been smooth. They have dealt with my tenants if a very sympathetic and professional way. All viewings were organised speedily. A very efficient solicitor was recommended to me by James at Dexters. The whole process has been speedy and excellent.

Constant spam via post.If you're a tenant in a property, looking around the market, Dexters will take the information they demand off you before they'll even discuss a property and then use this for their own marketing.Sending repeated and constant letters to the address, despite you still living there.The last one today is so ignorant."By now you will have received a number of letters from me, which I hope demonstrates my proactive approach".No, Bobby, it demonstrates that you don't get the message and your letters go straight in the bin. "I am surprised that a property like yours is still on the market [..]"Wrong again, Bobby, it is not on the market.Completely and utterly clueless and borders on harassment. Not a good advertisement for your business. Not just the letters, the assumptions made but also using data provided for another purpose to be used for this reason.This is in relation to your branch covering SE10.

I don’t have enough words to say about Monika Piszczyk. Even though I am a stranger to her, she treated me as if I were family. When I experienced a scary visit from our rodent friends in the middle of the night, I understandably woke up in a panic. What followed was a series of events that, without Monika’s support, I wouldn’t have managed.Monika got on the phone with me to calm me down and liaised with the landlady to get my expenses approved, even though I didn’t follow the standard method by getting a contractor outside of the agency. She could have easily stuck to procedural components, but instead, she saw past that and empathized with me as a human being. Her kindness and efficiency resolved an incredibly stressful situation and for that I can’t thank her enough!
