Initial screening and referencing process is long, absurd and demeaning for the tenant, lacking any kind of empathy. The tenant has no rights whatsoever, only obligations. Avoid!

The team were all really helpful, Tristan in particular helped us, he was super helpful and friendly, made us relaxed and at ease throughout the whole thing taking the stress out of moving. They give a more personal touch than other estate agents I have used, which makes you feel as though they really listen to each client carefully. Highly recommend using Chestertons estate agents.
