GoogleI have to correct my previous review after one year... Service was very poor, we have been forced to move out a year earlier because landlord decided to sell (everything was already planned before we moved in ....) Just 5 days before moving in and sign the contract we have beeng told that the landlord wasn't allowed to rent for 2 years so they will reserve the decision to give us a notice after one year... I wouldn't never accept this condition if I knew before but they just let me know in the last days.... Also the property was in really pour clean condition and eaven when we left the flat was clear more than when we moved in we beeng charge £400 pounds for professional cleaning and when I asked for a receipt I have been told by Frances (property manager )that they wasn't forced to release to me any recipe.... I will never use this agency again!

GoogleThey made the process of buying a house infinitely more stressful. The member of staff dealing with the property we were trying to buy was rude, unhelpful and pushy right from the offer through to completion. Put loads of pressure on us to make decisions and had no time for our questions or queries. Usually didn't want to speak to us when we called but would have no issue calling us repeatedly during work hours when it suited. To be fair the more senior member of staff that valued the flat was good but it didn't make up for a summer from hell because of this agent. We're strongly recommending our friends don't buy through Chestertons to save the stress.

We had rented our house through Chestertons and found that they were very professional and managed the process really well so we decided to sell our house through them. The sale was none standard and we had some big issues to deal with (for exampel our tenants rrefusing to move out at the last minute.) Claire, our contact at Chestertons, was fabulous. She did an excellent job keeping everone informed during the process and I have no doubt she played a big part in holding the sale together.

GoogleAlex from Chestertons Wandsworth really helped us out in our property search and went out of his way to ensure that we could see a large selection of different properties at the times that best suited us. He accommodated for our changing requirements as we viewed more and more properties really well, his communication with us was great throughout the entire process and he showed genuine excitement when he had a new property that he thought we would like to see. Overall, a very positive experience with Chestertons and Alex in particular.

Had a great experience with Gary and the Chestertons SW Lettings team in Battersea renting out a flat through them recently. Responsive and professional throughout and ultimately able to secure tenants at the rate estimated when I first started speaking with them. The team were able to quickly and efficiently bring together a number of potential tenants Also helpful with making sure all the relevant documentation etc was in place on all sides.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
