I was first shown round our flat by Katherine who was lovely and incredibly helpful. Stav managed our let overall and he also went above and beyond. This was by far the easiest renting experience I've had with an estate agents and have Stav to thank for that.

GoogleI write further to further reiterate my earlier review about 3 years ago about the team at Chestertons. I have had the pleasure of working with the buy-sell team as well as the tenancy team. Laura and Hugo have been incredible and succeeded in placing high quality tenants for us during one of the leanest periods of the year. Moreover, Chestertons seems to be attracting the best talent from across the industry. I am really delighted that Jeremy Owen, whom I had the pleasure of working with in another agency, has joined their team at Wandsworth. I had previously successfully concluded a property purchase through Jeremy. I have found Jeremy to be thoroughly professional, methodical, always available to answer queries instantaneously, regardless of how late in the day or on weekends and persistent in reaching the end goal - all of them very important qualities in any business. I wish the team all the very best and shall surely recommend them to anyone looking for a professional service from an estate agent! GoogleChestertons has been a remarkably good letting agency to deal with during our search for a place to stay. Hugo from the Wandsworth office was liaising with us during the initial stages of the agreement and even though he was on holiday at the time, he made sure that our queries were dealt with and had responded to our messages in a timely manner. Hugo and Simon have been very helpful in assisting us with the negotiations and were always approachable and worked with us from the time we found the apartment to the time we entered as tenants. After we moved into the property, Hugo helped with ironing out some issues, dealing with the concierge directly and we are now settled in. GoogleFirst time renting out our flat and as it was during the pandemic, we were nervous and almost didn’t bother. Laura, Simon & the Chestertons Wandsworth team were fantastic. They were able to completely organise the marketing around our needs, and their extensive network of renters meant that we had two offers within 24 hours, and tenants in the flat within three weeks. The team guided us through all of the regulatory requirements to make sure we are all fully compliant and we are very confident that nothing has been missed. The Chestertons online portal made all the admin super quick & easy, and the fact that we had tenants in far sooner than expected has meant that Chestertons have more than paid for themselves. We were very happy with the service from Sebastian and Amy for the rental of our Barnes house. We discussed the marketing, timing and price with Amy for the few months running up to the rental and this proved to be spot on. We had 3 viewings prior to our house being launched on the website, and received offers from 2 of these, higher than the guide price. Sebastian provided excellent support throughout the process, guiding us and the new tenants on what was required at each stage. We were very happy with the whole experience from start to finish.
