We were looking for rent a property and we got the place we are happy about that and the actual issue was the process of getting it.Really slow and hard , we were supposed to move out urgently and everyone who’s been in our situation can understand our frustration and when we are calling our agent they were promising to call back but we were never hearing any responses. He had another iconic moment of our agent being off and we even spoke with the manager about that we should move out as soon as possible so the manager can cover her colleague while our process and even though we agreed on that we never heard any feedback for two days. The last but not least was that we had some requests while moving in and when we were getting the keys we specifically asked if its done and response was “Yes, everything is done” by our agent Dan but when we got in and when we spoked to our landlord he didn’t even know what was the issue and we saw that was a lie. I can understand if you will be honest and say “we need more time” or something but why you want to broke our trust to your agency all of us couldn’t figure that out.

Avoid dealing with Mark Anderson - the sales manager (not sure how). Worst experience I have received when dealing with an estate agent. He was unable to get an above asking price offer on a property for sales accepted. He didn't update me for 3 weeks after the first offer was put forward. Then made excuses along the line. Currently I have gone above my first above asking price offer and still haven't heard back from him since over 2 weeks. At the point of giving up now so I thought I should let anyone else know when they are looking to sell their home.. you're better off going to any other agent on the highstreet.

Possibly the worst agency we've ever worked with. The agent, Andrea, stood us up twice for property viewings. The first time, we were partially at fault - our Uber was stuck in traffic and we were 15 minutes late. We called and emailed multiple times while in the Uber to try to tell her we would be late, but she did not pick up or respond to our emails. We waited at the property for 20 minutes before giving up and leaving. She called the next day to apologise, and gave the excuse that she had no access to her phone. We set another date to view the property. This time, we arrived 10 minutes early. We waited for her for half an hour. Once again, we made multiple calls and sent emails, to no response. The lack of professionalism is simply unbelievable.

Really impressed with the changes they made in their Putney office. I was selling my flat with them before they changed the whole sales team in July. After few weeks without a single viewing or communication, I was about to take my property to a different agency. BM scrapped the old team to bring a new one just on time, including a top sales from another office (Karim). I gave the new team a chance. What a change... like day and night. Karim took over my property and found not one, but two buyers in a matter of a couple of weeks. Old school, high touch, high intensity, working the property with callouts, bringing relevant viewings and keeping communication with us on point. These guys are not waiting for clicks. Karim has to be one of the best agents in the area. It's not magic, it's just hard work!

I had the pleasure of working with Serge to help my brother and I find a flat. I cannot stress enough how fantastic Serge is. He is diligent, easy to work with, will intuitively know what you are looking for, and is always there a second after you've made a request. We found our flat quickly thanks to him, and he made the process of securing it completely painless. Given that my brother and I both have busy jobs, if it wasn't for Serge, it would have made the experience a headache, as opposed to what was a breeze. Not only do they always find me tenants in time, they also took away many administrative hassle from me as they helped to arrange for check-out, cleaning, gas safety check, inventory and check-in, etc. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient.
