GoogleLeroy Bailey & Joshua Ferguson are top class letting agents in this area. When i first encountered them it was through an enquiry i made in which Leroy called me back within 20mins. The line was bad throughout and then it disconnected and instantly Leroy gave me a call from his mobile to continue the conversation, booked me into the property and Joshua came to meet me there, on time and didn't come across as the "typical estate agent". It is a shame that the property wasn't for me. However the service. 5 Stars.

GoogleBM were a poor custodian of my property as a letting landlord. As managing agents they failed to raise tenant concerns or arrange remedies and refused to take responsibility for their shortcomings. Their failures cost me thousands in extra repairs and early tenancy termination costs. Disappointing to say the least and not an agent I will ever use again.

GoogleAfter some bad experience with the other typical high street agents I was apprehensive in approaching Barnard Marcus. I needn't been. Josh has gone above and beyond when assisting me renting my portfolio and I couldn't be more grateful. Completely stress free! Very reasonable fees for the exemplary service he offers. I would advise any property investor to speak to Josh!
