Mark in particular was very friendly, did his best to make me feel comfortable and was communicative throughout
One area which could have been improved, is being more proactive with other estate agents in the chain as there was a bit of pressure towards the end that I felt could have been avoided (although granted this could have been more due to the estate agents representing the other clients)
