Amazing!

I have worked with Marta Brzek, Mike Morris, Ella Light and Sam Harhat to help them with recruitment.We have helped them to find 3 candidates who are joining them and are all very happy to have been successful. The feedback from the candidates is this is a great company to work for, with a caring team who were very polite and courteous throughout the interviewing process. As the recruiter, I felt it was straight forward to get hold of all of the recruiting team, and they have always been proactive to get candidates booked in. From my experience and my candidate's experiences with Andrews Mortgage Services, I would definitely recommend them.

Anisa at Andrews has been a great help throughout the process of setting up my tenancy as I moved to start a new job. Despite a few hiccups in viewings (through no fault of her own) she was accommodating and polite, and managed to sort things out. Throughout the admin and paperwork process her communication was quick, clear and she provided good advice to keep things going as smooth as possible. Ignored our calls & let us down!

I have been working really hard trying to find a property ro rent for my son & daughter. After finding a 2 bedroom home via Andrews I gave them a call.Spent time talking to the agent & being registered. Was informed on Monday 8th April we could view the property in question on Thursday 11th April at 11:30, however they would have to confirm with the landlord & would send a txt & email as soon it was booked in.My son booked the morning off work to prepare for the viewing. However we never received a txt or email, I then called Andrews twice on Wednesday 10th twice (morning & afternoon), both times getting an answer phone asking me to leave my name, number & reason for calling & someone would call me back. NOT at anytime did we receive a call back or an email, txt for the viewing. Andrews have completely let us down. How disrespectful & unprofessional Andrews have been to us. We have been treated terrible!
