GoogleI didn't rent through Central Estates (just had a viewing of one property), but the letting agent (Manaan Rafiq) was incredibly helpful, professional, and communicative. They also have some beautiful properties to let!

GoogleThey are terrible bullies, and for some ungodly reason manage to know less about the mortgage business than a first-time buyer.

GoogleCentral Estates are the worst letting agent I have ever dealt with. They take your money and do nothing for it. They take weeks to reply to emails, if at all. They don't check properties properly after being vacated. Working with them was stressful and ultimately cost us money in having to repair damage to our flat.

GoogleBrilliant service, rented my properties without any issues and always kept me informed of any problems. The management is very professional and would truly recommend them. There are a lot of estate agents out there that promise this and that but fail to deliver but this firm has kept its promise. Well done keep it up.

GoogleIf I could give this bunch of crooks 0, I would. Do nothing for their tenants while they're in the property, then have the audacity to charge tenants for an inventory check when they leave it. Have never heard of this practice before - what are we paying these charlatans for?

GoogleWorst agency ever. You've been warned! Initially very kind then they just take your money and they don't move a finger. No answer to your email and your agent looks always busy or out of office when you look for him. You better look around before falling in this trap.
