GoogleVery unprofessional and unethical. We have been ghosted and treated with racism by Jay Alam. We went to see a flat with Jay and on the viewing there was ourselves and anotht couple who seemed to be from Jay's culture. We wanted to apply to rent the flat, and it seems like he did even want to send our offer to the landlord. We contacted a different agency to see the same flat and we were told that there was another offer placed for the flat but the landlord is happy to consider us as well and applied through this other agency.

GoogleEnquired about a property as soon as it came on the market, but it took them days to respond. When I called to follow up, the agent was rude and hung up on me. Really poor service.

GoogleWorst experience ever!! Went for a viewing and the agent was very unprofessional. Waited for close to 30 mins near the property and tried to call the agent which he never picked up. Made us walk back after 30 mins and then asked to wait 5 more minutes . Have no respect for the time of their prospective tenants. Avoid such agencies!
