GoogleWe sold our property through Foxtons- and I can definitely say the agents here go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect and goes as smooth and fast as possible. Giles has been so patient and worked tirelessly even during his holidays to make sure the solicitors are moving things forward in due time. The fee is indeed higher than other agencies, but overall I feel it is worth it- as they get it done. Thank you Giles and team ✨✨✨

GoogleI used the Walthamstow Branch of this Company to sell a very difficult type of property that had been on the market for over 18months. The Sale was managed by Giles in a very professional way and he was amazing to work with. Every single time he said he would call me back - he did, and once a week every Friday afternoon we had a catch up session on where we were at at with this sale. He was excellent with the way he guided the purchaser with all the necessary things she had to do (she was a very elderly lady)he even visited her late one evening to get some documents signed - he goes above and beyond to look after his clients. I can't praise him highly enough, a first class asset to any business and I sincerely hope he continues to do well. The fee wasn't the cheapest around but I had tried 3 other agents before this, all failures, so please do give Giles a try - it was well worth it. My flatmate had come from outside london to view a property in finsbury park and was only told once he got to the appointment that david morgan was not going to make the appointment due to being unwell, extremely unprofessional, he should have gotten one of his colleagues to cover the flat viewing or atleast message us in advance.

They were quick and responsive throughout the whole process, making sure there was clear communication between us and the seller. I use Foxtons to let out my flat. Overall, the process was easy. They came, looked at the flat in person, provided an evaluation and explained the process through. I took the offer where they deal with everything. While this came at a rather hefty commission, i really did not need to do anything. Foxtons helped me sort out all the requests the tenants have and kept me updated with the repairs (also asked for my permission too before placing any purchase orders). Special kudos to Tony Chan, my property manager. He helped me a lot with sorting out all the relevant paperwork to let out a flat. He is very responsive as well. Any queries I have, i can be confident that he will answer it. As a landlord letting through Foxtons, i have no worries, though the commission is a little bit higher.

I was spoken to quite rudely on the phone with agents pushing for an earlier viewing or just scheduling a viewing without asking for availabilities. I have told agents multiple times to stop calling me but this was not heard. I even removed my information from the portal and noted that I am no longer looking for a property. I still receive 3-4 calls a day whilst informing them that I do not want to rent through them.

Just to share my experience and warn anybody thinking of using Foxtons letting services. Foxtons will be vey happy to take full year commission in advance but if your tenant moves out before the full year period, Foxtons will not refund your commission in cash but just leave the amount as a credit in your account even you no longer have the intention to rent out your property. Area director of Foxtons claimed that this is in line with Foxtons terms of business. Beware before you choose Foxtons letting services.
