Great experience selling my property with Skitts. They sold my property at a very fair price - on a no completion, no fee basis - with no conditions or silly added extras. Simple and straightforward which is exactly how it needs to be when …

Would definitely recommend Skitts Estate Agents, Jane especially has been a god send to an unbearable 12 month search to find our perfect house and this lady went above and beyond to ensure we had the house. I can safely say, i have dealt with a few estate agents over the past 12 months and Skitts is by far my best experience. Thank you so much for being so supportive Jane, You deserve all the credit!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, negative feedback, slow responses from staff, made appointments without fact checking status of potential buyers, totally un-professional.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and we are disappointed to see your comments. We were the second of three Estate Agents who tried to sell your home, We can understand how frustrating this must have been to have struggled to sell in what is largely a buoyant market. It is a shame that you didn't express your dissatisfaction to us whilst we were selling the property for you and any concerns could have been dealt with. It is true that we have to occasionally deliver negative feedback from prospective buyers but we always do so sympathetically and with constructive ways of how these can be used. I don't think we have ever had a review stating we might be slow and quite simply, it is untrue that we did not fact check potential buyers. - Skitts Estate Agents
