Skitts Estate Agents Bloxwich reviews

I'm very fair with reviews, good, bad, indifferent but I used Skitts Bloxwich to sell my sisters house and from first meeting with James who was on time, professional, explained the whole process and gave me a fair price for their services the sale was managed excellently. I chose Skitts over Webbs purely on professionalism and integrity on first meeting. James and the team worked very hard in finding a buyer and did so relatively quickly. Sam in the office kept me updated all the way through the process so I never had to chase them and on day of completion I'd pushed keys through the door and forgot to get final meter readings so James kindly nipped in and took readings for me.....just great service, professional service and would definitely recommend to anyone with a house for sale. Thank you.

Fantastic estate agents! We had our house on the market for 12 months with little success so we decided to change agents to Skitts. James who met us, and managed the transition was superb and after just 2 weeks, had managed to get an offer in from an interested buyer and it is now almost nearing completion. I would not hesitate to recommend Skitts to anybody looking to sell their house (or even buy!).

We are having a fantastic experience with Skitts Estate Agent’s (Bloxwich). So far so good, they are all professional, helpful, and polite. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they go above and beyond to make the whole process of selling our home as smooth and stress-free as possible. We really appreciate their clear communication and genuine care and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent with confidence. Thank you, James, Sam and Nicola. From the very beginning, skitts estate agents (Bloxwich) have been helpful and supportive! Offering good, reasonable advice. Glad I chose skitts to assist me in selling my home, I am confident they will continue the support till house sale complete. Big thank you so far to James for the valuation and making me feel he would get the the very best price that my house deserved. Also to Samatha, who kept me upto date everyday with viewings and feed back. Job well done so far. I will be recommending skitts to friends and family.

We have recently completed a sale employing 'Skitts' Willenhall & Bloxwich estate agents, and would like to express our total satisfaction and complete appreciation of the team of Gary, Luke and Louise, whom from the initial meeting, have proved themselves again and again. A special thank you to Louise, for going the extra mile and more, in achieving the sales progression, in what has proved at times very trying circumstances, and without whom, we are sure that the sale would have failed, as she was able to resolve all issues, and kept us fully updated on progress. We have no reservation in thoroughly recommending them, as the fee charged was extremely competitive too. G & P Baker.

Thanks to Zoe and Janis for all there wonderful effort in assisting with the selling of my home,Clear informative advice that allowed me to make decisions that benefit me, rather than Skitts trying to make as much money as they can, which is great customer service and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. , My file has now been passed over to Louise who is as equally wonderful and there has never been anything that has been to much trouble for these 3 ladies to sort for me, Thanks to you all,

Skitts Bloxwich are a cut above the rest. From the viewing to completion of our 1st home Sarah was very helpful and put us at ease. Even when there was an issue with conveyancer, Sarah stepped in to help. I'm happy with the service and 100% recommend them.

I engaged Skitts to sell a bungalow I owned on Lower Farm Estate Bloxwich. The bungalow has now been sold. From start to completion my experience with Skitts and their handling of the sale couldn't have been better. All of the staff acted as a team on my behalf in a most professional and courteous manner. They dealt with all matters for me from the initial valuation to completion including viewings and dealing with all aspects of the conveyancing. I couldn't have wished for a better service and I have no hesitation in recommending their engagement.
