GoogleAbsolutely horrible staff. After a breakdown in a relationship in June 2023 I had suffered with quite bad depression. Within that time my rent was increased and I became £37 in arrears. I had told the staff that I had withdrawn myself from social media and emails. I had been pesterd for said £37 over emails. Whilst I was single handedly now taking over all financial aspects of a house and looking after a 4 year old child. The responses from the staff have been absolutely outrageous and a definition of character Calling me a bully and a glaslighter & stating that I'm an unfit mother when I have never met any of the staff before. The MOST DISGUSTING company I have EVER come across Further more. As stated in the letter recived by point to home I had received a section 21 which is a no fault eviction. It has been written by point to home that I was issued it so the landlord could sell This is a complete lie. I was paying £750 a month for this property, it was re let to £1250 a month. The company are money hungry they let a 5 year old child and myself a single mother become homeless to get more money per month out the property. Point to home is very very sly and will do and say anything to prove a point. Which means lie on a printed professional letter from the manager.

GoogleRyan Wyatt the manager turned our property from a low occupancy nightmare into a fully let cash flowing asset . I couldn’t believe the turn around he managed to fill a large hmo in weeks when we handed it over the occupancy was at 30% ! I always recommend to everyone now

GoogleSuper helpful team helping me along, Tiffany have been really kind and understanding helping me along to completion to start my renting. I had to enter my details by an app that was a little inflexible when it came to my living Situation currently but was able to resolve any information by email so in the end it wasn’t a problem. I would definitely continue use point to home for any rents in the future.

GoogleRyan Wyatt manages our seven bed HMO in Stoke on Trent. We have not experienced this level of professionalism in UK property management. Ryan's management has been outstanding in every aspect. He took a poorly managed property and turned it into a compliant, refreshed, efficient and fully tenanted property within six weeks.
