GoogleVery pleased with our beautiful property in stoke on trent, Ryan wyatt the manager managed to get us moved in, after just 2 days of viewing the property! Even dealing with our requests over the weekend and with being Christmas we didnt expect to get the keys before Christmas day but we were pleasantly surprised to have just collected our keys and moved in! The best Christmas present we could wish for. Thank you Ryan and point to home, you are the best!

GoogleAs a landlord having recently purchased a 7 bed HMO, I am highly impressed with Ryan Wyatt from 'Point to Home' for managing and letting my property with his excellent services. Ryan is passionate about helping landlords in every aspect and his response is lightning quick, anytime or any day of the week, leaving me hassle free! He is well-organised, knowledgeable with good sense of the market and has well-connected contractors to do maintenance/repair/refurb/etc, along with his interior design skills which he provides for free unleashing the potential of the property for higher return. For example, he completely turned around two of the rooms (on a budget) which had been left vacant for a long time by the previous owner's letting agent. The result? The rooms were let almost immediately upon viewing and achieved a 30% increase in rent which he is now doing for the rest of the rooms as they become vacant to further increase my cash flow. My heartfelt thank you to Ryan. Having him as my letting and management agent is my most valuable asset. (I have attached before & after photos of the rooms)

GoogleRyan Wyatt the manager has been amazing! I am a first time HMO landlord operating from overseas and facing multiple challenges. I almost gave up. Ryan is always one step ahead with the property compliance, maintenance for the HMO, taking care of our tenants who are happy to pay higher rents while watching landlord’s cost. He response is almost always immediate in spite of the time difference between UK and Asia. He and his team seem to be working round the clock, 24/7 to ensure a smooth operation. If I have another HMO, he will be the letting agent for sure.

GoogleAfter several years of bad experience with other letting agencies, a few years ago, Ryan Wyatt - from Point to Home - could took over my tenants and turned my portfolio into a reliable investment. That was a long way where he supported us in every issue to be fixed (legal networks, arranging contractors for refurbs, align on new tenant profiles, etc). We appreciate his attitude, fast responses and personal advice.

GoogleI met Ryan Wyatt after my management agent let me down, literally overnight, for a multi let property I own. I mistakenly trusted the previous agent to manage my property, he took his commission to do so, but on visiting I discovered it had been let out to a group of very low grade lodgers. Serious levels of damage and lodgers doing moonlight flights owing me back rent, an armed robbery, a drug dealer. It was all pretty depressing and expensive stuff. Ryan came along and it was clear his level of professionalism was at a standard the previous agent could never achieve. Once I had repaired the multi let Ryan quickly filled it with decent lodgers, fully referenced and checked out. Finally after a pretty torid, and expensive, seven months I could relax. Ryan is clearly very passionate about his job. He juggles many properties but still manages to give you that professional and personal contact. I know very well I was difficult to deal with at the beginning. This was solely down to the stress of what I had discovered at the HMO, and being used to no communication from the previous agent. Ryan’s patience was first class. Thanks Ryan. I’m one very happy landlord again!

GoogleGreat Service from Gary Dutt who was very helpful in the purchase of my recent property. The purchase took longer than expected and he was able to smooth things over with the sellers. When the Solicitors reached a deadlock, Gary was able to reach out to the Sellers and get the problem resolved quickly and painlessly and we completed. This is experience and great people handling skills you would expect from a good reputable estate agent. Highly recommended.
