Lovell is only about selling houses, they don't care about quality!They delivered our house on the beginning of April, a few weeks after we moved we started to find problems. The most dangerous one was a tile that was broken in the bathroom. It took them almost a month to sort it (but they shouldn't have delivered the house with it).After that we only had problems with the bathroom. They damaged the vynil, and we are still waiting for this to be redone for the 3rd time!And last night we found a leaking coming from the bathroom to our living room!! Let's see how long it will take for them to fix it and the house will be until this happens.I send emails and I am registering everything. The material they used in the house is the worst! The painting in the wall comes off very easy.The professionals that they send to do the repairs are not good ones, and they are always on a rush.We still have many other issues with the house, but they are ignoring us. For example, our guttering is leaking since we moved, and they keep saying they fixed. I don't see it. Also, they treated us very nicely until the day they delivered the house, after that, the treatment changed, they are very sarcastic and rude. I definitely don't recommend them! If I could, I would sell the house and run!

Amazing service throughout the purchase process. Loads of support and contact and all the staff were really friendly and helpful. They weren't pushing all of their own services and even supported us when we needed to get tradesmen in to see the house before we got the keys. Think before you buy. Our estate has been completed for over a year. it is currently overgrown with tall grass and weeds, it looks like an absolute bomb site. This is on top of poor workmanship and terrible customer service. I couldn't recommend them any less if I tried.

Really good experience, and the sales assistant was super nice, helpful and patient. The only downside is we were not allowed to take pictures of our floor plans due to company policy and we need to keep going back in to do so. This is really hard to do when you don’t live 10mins down the road

Be warned this firm will leave your fantastic new development in a dire state. Check with Lovell who they are appointing to maintain the development long-term before you sign on a new property: you only have to look at Ground Solutions to see how quickly, private developments, are now deteriorating due to severe mismanagement that Lovell continue to endorse.
