Considering it was my first time renting out my property, I wanted confidence in the agents I was dealing with. The whole team were great, Nikki, Emma, Shannon were always on hand to talk to if I had any questions or enquiries, no matter how complex. They made the process very smooth and easy for me, which in turn made it a very comfortable step into the world of being a landlord. Great service.

I have rented my home out through I love homes for just over a year now and in that time I have been totally impressed by the way they operate. As I now live out of the area, it is good to know that I have a company that I can trust to oversee the day to day running of the let and keeping a keen eye on the property. should there be any issues, I normally get a call from Nikki, who , very professionally makes sure that everything runs smoothly for me. I would have no hesitation in recommending I love homes to anyone wanting to let/sell their home.

I have used I love homes now for several property sales and they've always achieved the right price within a quick timeframe. I also use them to manage a small portfolio of rental properties and again they always come up with good quality tenants quickly, charging low fees. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone, wether they need a good reliable selling agent or letting agent.
