Ilove homes was recommended to us by a friend so thought we would give them a call. From the start the service Lee offered was very professional and that continued through the branch. We had to unfortunately withdraw from selling our property for personal reasons but will definitely be returning to Lee when we are able to go to market again. Thank you all for your continued support and we look forward to working with you again in the near future. Ian

View AgentsGreat first time buyer experience!
Great experience buying our new home with ilove homes! Everyone we spoke to was really helpful and our main contacts, Emma and Lee were amazing. Lee helped us to chase solicitors when needed and Emma kept in constant contact so we were always updated on the progress of our sale. As first time buyers, there were lots of things we hadn't encountered before but ilove homes explained everything to us before and during the sale. I would definitely use ilove homes again and would recommend to any first-time buyer.

View AgentsFirst time renting out
Considering it was my first time renting out my property, I wanted confidence in the agents I was dealing with. The whole team were great, Nikki, Emma, Shannon were always on hand to talk to if I had any questions or enquiries, no matter how complex. They made the process very smooth and easy for me, which in turn made it a very comfortable step into the world of being a landlord. Great service.

View AgentsAmazing; Fantastic; Superb Agents!!!
Everyone needs a good letting agent and I believe iLoveHomes is the best one out there!. Compared to others I am aware of, there is no comparison. The staff are friendly, work hard and above all assist you with queries; as and when. They always update you with information that you specifically need to know about too. Why choose another agent when this one has everything to offer you? Call them today and they will be more than happy to help.

View AgentsA Very Happy Client
I have rented my home out through I love homes for just over a year now and in that time I have been totally impressed by the way they operate. As I now live out of the area, it is good to know that I have a company that I can trust to oversee the day to day running of the let and keeping a keen eye on the property. should there be any issues, I normally get a call from Nikki, who , very professionally makes sure that everything runs smoothly for me. I would have no hesitation in recommending I love homes to anyone wanting to let/sell their home.

View AgentsHassle free , no hard sell , great value for money
I was extremely impressed with I love homes , I have used numerous agents in the past and had considered trying an online company this time round , I decided against this after viewing another property that I love homes was marketing . I was not disappointed , pro active efficient staff , I would have no hesitation in recommending I love homes who offer a variety of packages , I would definitely use again .

Our house sold within a few weeks of putting it on the market and we got the asking price for it. Although there were numerous issues with the buyer messing about, (which took about 9 months for him to actually sign the paperwork) they were on the ball trying to sort it out. Very pleasant people, and they worked out cheaper than the others as well. I would definitely recommend.

View AgentsGreat personal service with very competitive fees
I have used I love homes now for several property sales and they've always achieved the right price within a quick timeframe. I also use them to manage a small portfolio of rental properties and again they always come up with good quality tenants quickly, charging low fees. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone, wether they need a good reliable selling agent or letting agent.

As a Mortgage broker I deal with lots of Estate Agents and I found that the service given on my sale and purchase was above and beyond any I have received from any Estate agent I have ever dealt with in over 30 years and virtually almost every other Estate agent in the Midlands I cannot recommend too highly because of the service that I recieved
