TrustpilotUsed tenant finder service
Used tenant finder service. Promised the world and delivered an appalling service. No effective communication, lost keys, didn't seem in the least bit bothered about finding a tenant despite saying they would have one found within a week!

Excellent service, from the initial valuation with Jason to all my queries being answered quickly and efficiently by Emma. She went above and beyond to settle my worries when I couldn't get answers from my solicitor. Would highly recommend. Thank you

Thanks to everyone at the Morpeth Branch for excellent and attentive service. House sale was made to seem simple and straightforward. Staff always at hand to assist with marketing and viewings. Sale finalised through auction at very close to valuation. Thanks also to Pattinson auctioneers.

Excellent service from Kimberley at the Washington branch. Very friendly, chased up the sellers to speed up the progress of the sale, returned calls and emails promptly and answered queries. On completion day eased the nerves that they sale would go through on that day.

TrustpilotStress free and friendly service
From start to finish we had nothing but a positive experience. Michael who came to value our home was polite, chatty and friendly. Super fast service when we reported an issue with the sales board! Kept us informed and up to date at all times. If I was to ever move again I’d 100% go back to Pattinson's! Thank you

TrustpilotGreat customer service/Communication
First time buyers me and my boyfriend. Contacting for property information and Helen Widdowson couldn’t have been a bigger help, clear, honest and very forth coming with information. Then connecting us to Mortgage Advisor Carol Emmerson who again couldn’t have been more honest and helpful. Both keep in contact to make our house buying journey so easy.

TrustpilotExcellent team!
Very happy experience thus far with Pattinsons. I'm planning a big move from Cornwall to Northumberland and everyone I have spoken to at Pattinsons so far have been really helpful and friendly. A relaxed and professional approach is always likely to end in a sale so well done to your staff.

Recently dealt with the Jarrow branch when getting my tenancy set up. Honestly have nothing bad to say about them, they were very quick, always kept me in the loop with what was going on and overall just provided a very friendly and helpful service. Definitely go through them again if I ever get the chance.
