I'm disappointed that you felt this was necessary Tom. The house you missed out on was sold to another buyer because they were buying cash and not using a mortgage facility. It was the seller's decision and not ours. As you are aware it has a potential structural problem, and the seller simply felt a cash offer was the optimum solution. Please call me to discuss this further on the office number.
