John, Jackie, Jane, Caroline, the whole team were awesome 👏 They took excellent pictures, with a good write up, listed at just the right price (a little more than we initially expected). After the offer was accepted, the team kept their finger on the pulse at all times, checking in with the whole chain and clearing blockers. Due to drama with the chain, getting from offer acceptance to exchange of contracts wouldn’t have gone anywhere near as quickly without the momentum they brought to the table. 10/10.

We bought our house through JP Knight, we cannot fault them throughout the entire process from start to finish! We genuinely don’t believe we would’ve completed without them, especially with the help of Jane and Jackie. We had a particularly useless solicitor, Jane and Jackie helped fill in all the pieces our solicitor didn’t, contacted us on a regular basis, told us all the important information that our solicitor didn’t. They constantly kept us up to date with the process and ultimately drove us to actually being able to buy our new house, especially as it wasn’t a straight forward purchase (as the house had never been sold before). This was our 4th house move and they have totally restored our faith in estate agencies. The whole team were approachable, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I bought my flat in Farthing House Wallingford through JP Knight and found them very efficient and helpful. They kept me informed of everything that was happening and that had its ups and downs but the sales progressor tried her utmost to get things up and running. We got there in the end and I adore my new . House buying and selling is stressful but I do feel the team did everything in their power to do everything they could.
